Reactivation for vacation club members
Find what moves each member. Bring them back.
Every dormant member has a reason to travel again: nights about to expire, the kids' school break, a beach they haven't tried, a fare that just dropped from their city. Stoop learns that reason for each member and, the moment it appears, sends one complete trip on the channel that member answers.

The dormant member
A member who stops traveling stops seeing what the membership is worth.
- 48,600
- members away 6 months or more
- 266,100
- club nights they are not using
- 35%
- of those nights sit with members away 18 months or more
Lucero Vacation Club, the demo's synthetic club, on the morning of Oct 19, 2026.
The gap
A member who travels and a member who doesn't head in opposite directions.
Every month away makes a dormant member likelier to stop paying, cancel or ask for a refund. A member who comes back renews, sees what the membership is worth, and is the member who buys the upgrade. Moving one member across that gap is worth more than the trip itself.
The dormant member
- Cancellation risk grows every month away
- Unused nights expire and feel like money lost
- Maintenance fees get harder to justify
The member who travels
- Renews and keeps paying
- Uses the nights the club already sold
- Is the one who buys more points or a higher tier
How it works
Every member moves for a different reason.

01Learn the reason
Ask before they drift.
At month seven, before anything is lost, a message with no price asks about the next trip. "Spring break, with the kids, somewhere with a kids club" becomes the incentive Stoop watches for, and her retention risk drops.

02The incentive appears
When their reason shows up, move.
A fare drops from the member's own airport on dates that fit their family, with rooms open at the resort they rated five stars. Stoop matches every member that incentive fits, ranks them by who is likeliest to come back, and writes each one a trip.

03Their own nights
Nights about to expire, put to use.
The trip is priced with the nights the member already owns, drawn down on screen, so the membership they pay for is the reason to go. Stay, flights and taxes in one price; the number shown is the number paid.

04A person with context
Some members move for a person.
Members away two years or more have questions a person should answer. The AI call offers one at any point, and the concierge takes over with everything already said, so the member never repeats a thing.

05The next reason
Next year starts two days after checkout.
The club thanks the member, asks for a rating and offers the same week next year, while the trip is still the reason. A no works the same way: not now, with a when and a where, becomes the next incentive to watch.
Audiences
One search, a different trip for every audience.
Stoop searches more than 300 airlines and online travel agencies around the clock for the best opportunity on every route, from each member's home airport. Each audience gets its offer in its own language and currency, timed to its occasion, with a partner's gift waiting in the room.

The engine
It learns what moves each member, and shows its work.

- 01
Member signals
Months away, unopened mail, nights about to expire, household and favorite resort score each member's retention risk.
- 02
Stated reasons
What a member says (when, with whom, where) is saved and watched for, so the next offer answers it.
- 03
Incentive radar
Searches more than 300 airlines and online travel agencies on every route, alongside open rooms and expiring balances, matched against every dormant member at once.
- 04
Channel model
Learns which channel each member answers: email, WhatsApp, SMS or an AI call.
- 05
A no becomes data
Not now, with a when and a where, sets a quiet period and shapes the next offer.
- 06
Exit first
A booking, an upcoming stay or an opt-out stops every promo, including ones already queued.
Messaging efficiency
Fewer messages, each one on the channel that member answers.
Blasting every member on every channel burns trust and budget. Stoop learns each member's channel, sends one complete trip when their reason appears, and stops the moment they book or say not now.
- One channel per member, learned from what they answer
- Contact caps and quiet periods after a no
- A booking stops every promo, even ones already queued
- The cost of every message counted against what it brought back
- WhatsApp2.4%
- Email1.4%
- AI call1.1%
- SMS1.1%

Results
Members brought back, measured against members who got nothing.
A stable 10% of dormant members is held out and never receives a promo. The lift is the difference, week by week: the members who came back because Stoop found their reason.

Partners
Every trip is a place to sell what members want at the destination.
Consumer brands, tour operators and local activities sell inside the same offer the member is already booking. The club earns a commission on each one, and the member gets a better trip without a second checkout.
- Spirits and tastingsA tequila or mezcal tasting in the room or at the bar.
- Wellness and spaMassages, temazcal and yoga, booked with the stay.
- Beauty and retailBrands that share the club's audience, delivered to the room.
- Tours and parksSnorkel trips, cenotes and theme parks from local operators.
- TransfersA private ride from the airport, priced in the same total.
In each club's demo, its real partners appear by name.
Pilot
The club's cloud, the club's data, live in weeks.
- Weeks 1–2Shadow mode. Stoop picks and prices; the club reviews and nothing is sent.
- Weeks 3–14Live sends on approved templates, with half the pilot as the control group.
- Day 90The measured lift, and the decision to continue.

The right offer. The next stay.
